[Yanel-dev] copy-dir-name attribute implemented

Hi

I have finished the implementation of the copy-dir-name attribute. See 
for instance within

conf/resource-types.xml

the directory or pdf resource.

This attribute allows the build process to copy the resource config into 
the webapp itself, which then simplifies "shipping" a distribution.

Please note that the resource-types.xml is being rewritten when being 
copied into the webapp such that relative paths are  being used.

Also please note that the file/node resource doesn't need anymore any 
sources, but is only loaded through a package
(also the redirect resource, which can be found within 
yanel/contributions directory)
