[Yanel-dev] Binary snapshot for Windows

Hi

I have generated a binary snapshot for Windows

http://yanel.wyona.org/en/download/windows.html

but it seems like the language is set to german, because I guess my 
computer which I used to generate the "exe"
is set to german.

Any idea what needs to set within  NSIS

http://yanel.wyona.org/create-windows-installer.html

in order to fix the language?
