[Yanel-dev] Creator finished resp. read for review

Some good news :-) the creator resource is finally working.

There are still minor issues, like for instance a "folder up" button or 
a generic upload implementation, etc.
but otherwise it seems to work very fine now.

Please give it a try within the most recent source version and let us 
what you think.
