Hi

I have added a "reserved prefix" for accessing global data, e.g. the 
yanel logo.

One can configure the reserved prefix within webapp/WEB-INF/web.xml and 
the data is located within webapp/htdocs.

The URL looks like


/SERVLET_CONTEXT/REALM/RESERVED_PREFIX/FILE

e.g.

/yanel/yulup-website/yanel/logo.jpg
